what year is the cart ? 1996 ? what color is dash battery light ? red or orange......it could be just a fluke that it happened that way, but if charger isn,t working now and solenoid isn,t clicking, and carts not running that all points to a bad OBC...............you did nothing other than try and reset it? how did you do the reset? i just re-read your 1st post and you said you tried resetting it to get the charger to shut off on its own? charger should shut off on its own it shouldn,t run any longer then 16 hours and if it dosn,t shut off thats another sign of a bad OBC charger not shutting off..........................................

Yes, it is 1996, battery light supposed to be red, not working right now. I have a led indicator.

Yes, I only reset the OBC following the Sticky for the Reste of OBC.

Yes, sometimes did shut of the charger when full, but some other time would just stay at 5AMP and wouldnt shut off.

After all batts had their charge, what should I do? Connect my charger and see if it works? or try to run it?

BTW, thank you for all your help and the follow up.

**************UPDATE****************

well, after charging each batt independently, each batt volt was 8.4 - 8.5v summ full pack at 51.5v

same diagnostics as the beginning. Car will only move 2 inches to the front or 2 inches to the back, No solenoid click and not charging.

As per previous post, OBC gone bad, is there any way to by pass it and use it?

the only way to bypass it you need to also get a stand alone charger and thats goona cost 2X what an OBC cost......best bet is put an OBC in and when it comes intstall the new orange dash light that comes with it.....by the way did you give the grey wire a tug to make sure it dosn,t come out of the charge receptical? ( sometimes they rot in the receptical ) if not give that wire a pull and if it does come out thats your problem but if its in there good than get the OBC........................

Yeap, I double checked the grey wire, and it is ok, it is attached to the connector from the receptacle. What OBC should I buy...?? Also, why orange battery light? I am using a led level indicator...

BTW..... when I jumpered the two big poles at the solenoid, it did ran. Does the OBC faults limit the cart from running?

I will try resetting it again, and see if there is any luck.

Also, in case it doesnt work, will this be an option for an OBC?

orange light will come with the new OBC and you,ll get a new grey wire but if yours is good you don,t have to use it ( its a kit ) because that OBC had issues if its the original.............................
