2003 Club Car Throttle Issue?
I am having an issue when I depress the gas pedal the cart starts just fine but seems to skip low speed and goes straight to about mid speed. Any suggestions on getting this fixed. I was having surging problems and pulled the carb and cleaned it out. Unhooking the ground on the rev limiter finally fixed that problem.

Re: 2003 Club Car Throttle Issue?
When you put your carb back together did you notice if the throttle butterfly closes all the way? My guess would be that the accelerator cable is adjusted out too far. In essence the carb may be at about 1/2 throttle by the time the micro switches allow the ignition to spark. Could also be a drive clutch that doesn't release completely, but since you mentioned running up against the rpm limiter, I'm leaning toward the throttle cable first.
