Default Motor mount stud-swap

Friend of mine recently gave me a 1991 club car that im in the process of doing a vegas swap on.
Ran across the pictured studs in the frame for the motor mount.
Anybody have a recommended way to remove, looks to be cut and drill but i do not want to F/U and create more problems for myself.
