Default 2014 rxv ezgo

In may of 2018 I converted my batteries from 4-12v to 6-8v. I do not feel I am getting the range I should. After about of mile of driving the battery meter drops to around 90% and after about 3 miles down to mid 80's. Any advice or things I can check? Only accessories I am running is lights and through a cheap Chinese 12 volt converter.

A digital reading of your battery pack would be much better for us to help you. Those analog gas gauges aren't the best to diagnose a problem.

Can you give us the readings of the pack and each individual battery? Like fully charged and then maybe after a 3-4 run.

Fully charged off the charger, then waiting 12-24hrs to post the readings to remove the surface charge.

didn't get around to getting the readings. also wanted to mention I haven't road it as much as I normally do in spring and summer. Maybe the charger is shutting off and batteries are dying down over time.
