mine were stamped 79C17-______ which makes it a 1979

Ok i got them gapped they were gapped perfect at .013. But my big huge question still is why is the blue wire that goes to the positive side of the ignition coil going to ground? It makes no sense. And im assuming thats what the problem is. Would the relay blocker being bad do that?

I think i got it figured out. Theres a fuse in the ignitor and its broke so im going to solder it together and it should have spark after that. Thanks for all the help.

Hey does anyone know where i can get a ignitor box for a 1970's robin 244?

Hey I half to cross the positive side of the solenoid to the small post on it to make my golf cart crank over and half to keep it crossed to keep it running. I have it jerry rigged right now is it ok to do this? My solenoid is bad im assuming so i figured i could run it like this. Let me know asap thanks

Sounds like you no longer need an Ignitor, but if you still do, search the forums for HEI Conversion and save yourself about $100

Yea i was about to do that conversion but i was looking at the ignitor and all it needed was a diode solderd in. Selling tonight for 500 then it wont be my worry anymore

I have a 2pg ez go and the ignitor box is missing I saw the thread about using the D100 module I need to know where the 2 wires coming from the engine go and other side of the module , how and where the wires go? I have a wire coming from the coil loose end and a wire loose from one terminal of the relay or regulator looking device next to the empty ignitor space?
