Do you have a good spark?

How is the compression?

Dribble a little fuel/oil mix into the spark plug hole and then reinstall the spark plug and crank it- it should fire. If not, check the ignition system.

OMG so my last resort was to check the gas on the floor and it light up nicely...so I changed the spark plug to a new one by NGK np4hs I had from another toy new and it started right up I'm do happy and embarrassed.I'll order the right spark plug and I should be good,I want to thank everyone that helped me out.....So if your cart don't start check the crank seal
And get a new spark plug;)
