Drive Clutch
I have an Ezgo gas and every time I start the motor to go forward the drive clutch almost jerk you neck off. Are there any thing I can do to fix the problem.Do I have to replace the clutch or are there ways to make it smoother. This is a ezgo gas.

Re: Drive Clutch
you can take the cover off to see if it has excessive wear. I have found it cheaper to replace the unit than try and replace individual parts.

Re: Drive Clutch
Welcome to B.G.W Make sure that the clutch is clean and that it is moving freely along the shaft. Also make sure it is not the throttle linkage out of adjustment.
