G1 rebuild
Thanks to a lot of help from here, I was able to take a stinky smokey old tore up G1 and restore it. I rebuilt the engine, bbq'd the muffler, replaced seats, tires. All body original, top original, flooring original, except where I added diamond plate. The paint job is pro. Hand sanded till I had no finger prints. Also, buffed all the carbon off of aluminum trim. Had it painted at a body shop and added the stripes. I was pretty happy with it and it ran great for awhile. Still runs great, but hard starting. I'm working on that now. Anyway, I never posted the finished product last spring, so here it is. Thanks everyone.

Re: G1 rebuild
Check crank seals, carb boot leaks, dirty carb, fuel lines cracks or leaks. I saw one the piston was broken and it still ran but started hard. Also start with a new plug if not already. Cart looks real nice, G1 are tanks that just keep going, way overbuilt cart.
