Default Ezgo with alltrax controller problems

I have a pds with a alltrax DCX500 controller, used it all day, loaded it on the trailor drove 30 minutes now it won't do anything. I can hear the controller click when I turn the key on or toggle the foward/reverse switch but no silonoid click when the pedal is pressed. I am getting the exact same voltage on both sides of the silonoid. So if the silonoid is welded will that cause the cart to not do anything? Thanks in advance for any help.

Is the led on the controller flashing any codes?

Just for clarity...
1. the controller does not click, you may be hearing the solenoid mounted on top of the control clicking
2. if the required pre-charge resistor is in place you will always read pack voltage on BOTH sides of the solenoid. Remove one end of the resistor and hold the pedal down for 5 minutes with the key on to dissipate the precharge, then retest for solenoid being welded.

I'm not sure, do you have to put it in a diagnostic mode to get a code? When you turn on the key on flashes green 3 times then turns solid green.

I will try the silonoid resistor retest after church today. Just to clarify unterminate either side of the resistor, with it unterminated press the throttle wide open for 5 minutes then retest the silonoid with the resistor still undone? Or reterminate it then check voltage?

The resistor must be disconnected for a solenoid continuity test.
It's function is to bypass the main contacts and bring low amperage voltage around the solenoid so if it is left in place you are simply reading the voltage through the resistor. Disconnect one end.
Hold the pedal down with the green light on the control to dissipate the charge in the control or disconnect the solenoid from the control to be 100% sure you're readings are from the solenoid ONLY

It ought to flash green 4 times for an EZGO ITS throttle.

If It is only flashing 3 times, I don't know what throttle type is is set for, 3 green flashes isn't on the attached list of codes and error codes.

-------
Also, I don't believe a DCX detects a welded solenoid, so it ought to run if the solenoid contacts are welded.

Since three green flash does not exist I assumed it was 4 (ITS) and going to solid means everything ok with the control. Easy test = push the gas and see if LED turns orange which indicates full throttle this will verify ITS signal and signal wires intact.

I don't think diagnostic mode applies to aftermarket controllers.

Roger that But the Alltrax controls will automatically (red) flash any fault code they have. Which the original poster said there was none = solid green LED.
