Ezgo shuttle wiring issues

I emailed him and he said he didn't have anything in my application. He recommended FSIP. I looked at there web site and they have re manufactured controllers. Is it worth putting an old controller in it. Like you said it's old technology or that's my only route?

I must be wrong about there being an XCT for a 1264 controller, or at least a 1264 in an EZGO cart.

If you google XCT 48400/1264, you'll find an XCT for a Yamaha G19 with and adapter cable for the 1264, but there is a warning about it being model specific (1264 suffix specific), so it might not be a replacement for your 1264-5407.

If that is the case, FSIP is your only option other than a new 1264-5407.

So I order a alltrax controller and a new motor. I tried to install the motor and it won't slide deep enough on spline it seems that my differintial has a snout at the end of the spline and the new motor doesn't. I called the company and they said they've never heard of that. I sent them pictures and I guess they are doing some research. Have you seen a differential like that?
