36v Won't go up incline

Latest update, I've been baby sitting the charging and it shuts off periodically before it reaches 45 volts, so I reseat it and is starts again. Volts was around 38-38, once hit 41 volts, then back down to 39.9.

I borrowed another charger and trying that, remember seeing post about the computer shutting the charger off too soon, rather than the charger doing it?? I did a search, but not sure what I found pertains to the 95 Ezgo I have???
