What questions do you have?

what you are looking at is a 1995 to 1999 cart.....it appears in pretty good condition.

Yes, but not like perpetual motion, where the batteries will never end up needing a charge. I would guess more like 15% range increase over a similar cart without regen braking. The newer model RXV uses regen as it's exclusive form of vehicle slowing (no traditional brakes) during normal operation.

If you always go downhill can you drive to infinity and beyond?

Price seems high and I agree the front is "toed out" quite a bit. Maybe weird camera angle?
