Default EZGO RXV No power to blue charger wire

This RXV has no action when peddle depressed, no clicks. No power to brake wires, run,tow or otherwise. I have no power at the blue wire coming out of charger port. Have looked at the troubleshooting guide and shows it should have power but does not say what to look for if it does not. The charger for this cart is not working as well. Pack voltage is 47.6. Was hoping this is adequate voltage. Does the controller control the charger? Why no power to blue wire?

Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention that all fuses are good.

Jump a wire from the blue wire to + 48v pack voltage. If back to normal replace the charge port.

Could you please expand/explain your statement? I understand that the jumper wire is bypassing something...what is being bypassed? Is the battery terminal a safe place to find +48v pack voltage?
Thanks

The battery on the passenger front (Closest to the run/tow switch) has a few wires and a cable going to a terminal towards the front. that's +48V. Positive main basically.

The blue wire is some sort of interlock--theoretically you shouldn't be able to drive with charger plugged in. it shuts the car down when charging.

On older models when the charge port fails it sends a 'Charger Connected' fault/warning to the controller even when disconnected from a charger, causing the same symptom--no power, no backup alarm, nothing.

Another failure with same symptom is the little black 'cube' with ring terminal that is on the positive main of the pack, with a grey 'phone cable' looking wire, the ring corrodes off and some folks just cut the 'cube' off and replace it with just a ring terminal. Sometimes this shuts the car down, other times it might run but charger no longer accepts it.
