Frustrated - TXT48 major problems

My 2013 TXT48 hasn't working right in several months, and I'm beyond frustrated at this point.
Some background on the cart: lifted with bigger tires, Alltrax 400amp controller HD solenoid.

Some time it works, some time is doesn't. The times it doesn't work (getting more frequent now) the solenoid won't click, and the cart kinda stutters a bit. It tries to go, but only rocks back and forth pretty rapidly. To get it running again, I'll turn the cart on/off and try the pedal, sometimes it takes me 10-25 times doing that to get it working. Once working, it'll work for a few minutes. Then if I stop, and try and start again, it may or may not work. The controller error code shows low battery, but the pack is 50+ and each battery looks to be fine. Under load up a big hill, all checks out fine. Earlier today it wouldn't work, so I tried turning if off/on for about 10 minutes and it still wouldn't work. Hooked up charger for 4 hours, and it still wouldn't go. Turned off/on tow switch and it worked fine. What's the problem here??? Controller was sent back to Alltrax and they said it's fine, so they sent it back to me. What's next??

Does rolling it a little bit help? Sounds like it could be a motor issue.
