Default Alltrax xct 400 issues.

I have a dcs ezgo running 36 volts and i parked it last night, plugged it in. When i went to use it i now have no battery indicator and i know it's at 39 volts. I tested battery positive and negative on my allyrax controller and it says 39 volts there. How do you recommend i figure out my issue. The controller is only two seasons old and my solenoid is the heavy duty size put on this year.

See if you have 36v between controller B- and J1 red when you press the gas (and the solenoid clicks). If yes and no LED the controller may have failed.

If you have no power and no lights that is not a controller issue. For an Ezgo TXT this could be a reed switch issue.

It should have power (+) coming out of the receptacle plug on the small wire.

Connect your computer and see if you have any errors.
