Add that to the nominal rim size (14") = 20.38132295719844" tire height, mathematically. Actual height can vary an inch or two during tire manufacture.

My RXV has the original springs and shocks from 2008, and it is a Shuttle 2+2 (has a factory welded on rear seat assembly), so we don't know what sort of abuse those rear springs have been exposed to over the years.

Never do math when tired... LOL

25.4 mm = 1 inch

Not gonna redo the calcs here but the result = 20.45669291338583" tire height...

That's good to hear. The reason I asked is to guage your actual tire size vs the mathematical workup on the tire size. At 32 MPH, the rear tires are slightly undersized. You should be able to hit 33 MPH with the calculations I used to set the motor current map. If I get over that way, I can adjust it a little to maybe bump the speed up a little more. Have him check the air pressure on the tires and inflate them to the maximum pressure marked on the sidewall of the tires. They could just be underinflated a little...

I expect to take delivery of the cart Wednesday and will perform more thorough testing. Would love to have you look at and tweak the cart anytime you're in the area.

All he has left to do is install the Bazooka bass tube between the seats and the Boogy Lights (LED's) in the top, bottom and wheel wells.

We have the Madjax fender flares too but not sure if we should install them yet. Opinions?
