2015 EZGO RXV 48V wiring under cup holder

I am planning to install a usb port somewhere on my cup holder. I removed the cup holder and found that there is a pair of wires that output 48V and are powered on and off by the key switch. Would it be possible to use this for a voltage reducer power supply.

If they are red and purple, no, those are for 24v brake light relay. I would not run a voltage reducer from any wires under the cupholder.
