Have you charged the batteries? Do you know care and maintenance procedures for golf cart batteries? Do you have a handheld volt meter and know how to use it?
We just assumed because you said, "Battery new and fully charged" that that wasn't your problem? Did you actually mean ALL batteries? |

You are describing a problem that sounds like weak batteries. That may not be the case.
These stock carts slow considerably on hills. Are you saying that at one time this same cart cart climbed the same hill at a much greater speed? |

Yes it ran just fine, sat for about 4 year. Just got new batterries and new cables and charged it. And we went to try it out and ran into slowing issue. It was suggested that we tested the battery as it moved we did that and posted the results earlier in the thread

What is the pack voltage? The total voltage of all the batteries.
