TXT production started in 1996. His picture shows a TXT though so it may be a 2003?

Pic 1 shows where the green wire starts

Pic 2 shows the green wire connects to another green wire which then travels through the molex plug (which I have yet to remove in pic 3).

It also shows the blue wire connected to the f/r switch.

Pic 4 shows that green wire from the molex plug travels under the cart into the pedal box on the micro switch.

All of these connections have been thoroughly checked with the continuity setting on my DVM so I know that is where they end up.

Now looking at the plate it seems I've the 93 of the serial number with the 97 of the manufacturers code. My bad, you are correct.

I also beleive that the "plunger" part of the its isn't working properly. It seems the micro switch in the pedal box is what activates the cart. Once the pedal is pressed just a slight bit, the micro switch is engaged/dis-engaged and it's full power.

And thank you guys so much for helping me out with all this, I'm totally new at golf carts.

One of these guys will be able to identify exactly what you have there and point you to the correct diagram... then things will come clear

The diagram is in the stickies. If I am looking at it correctly, the key switch is only hot when the cart is in F or R. The micro in the floor is hot with the key on and when pedal is depressed activates the solenoid.

So, the meter can't go to the key switch (not saying it is now) it should go to pack +.
