Default Stearing and lift kit

Would anyone know what would cause car to drift left with the steering wheel not moving at all? I am trying to troubleshoot why I can't keep the cart straight while driving.

I would start with having someone move the wheel back and forth while I looked for play at the tie rod ends.

after that I would check out the alignment

Check your tire pressure and toe alignment setting.

Thanks. Can you help me understand how to do a toe alignment? Tire pressure is all set to 24psi on each tire.

Does anyone know if I want to adjust the toe, do I just turn this rod or do I need to take each end off and adjust? Sorry for the nubbie question. Just learning.

Just wanted to let you all know that it's all fixed now . So much more stable. This resolution also improved my speed by 1 to 1.5mph.

Thanks again for everyone's support and suggestions. I learned a lot through this.
