42volts on a stock 36 series system ??
I have been around a few 36v PDS that have the 7th battery, they have run well, and so far, quite a long time (2 years?)
Sooooo... Ive got a couple of 36v series TXTs, a couple of extra stock Curtis controllers, batteries, and a 42v charger..... I've searched this section to no avail on Series attempts... Has anyone tried it ?? Stories ?? Rumors ?? ER visits ?? Thanks ! |

One person says it lasted for months. Other person said it lasted a day or two.
Worst that could happen is you smoke the controllers. |

I installed a 42V Leaf pack for a friend on a stock PDS system four years ago. Have had no problems.
