Ncx controller no light
Not Familiar with all tracks controllers. I have an NCX that will not power up, no solenoid click. Any advice?

Feel like i need to clarify a little. neighbor has a 2001 pds that was running fine. he put it up and charged til charger went off and next morning it wouldn't do anything. only thing working was reverse beeper. he brought it to me for help and i realized it was not a stock controller. it is an alltrax NCX. The controller will not power up (no LED Light). Reed switch wire is connected to nothing but he said it never has been since he bought it. Looking for help

Update, reed switch wire has been disconnected since the guy has owned the cart and it has always ran fine for him. When I go through the diagnostics, I have pack voltage on pins 9&10 but 2 volts on pin 6?
