Default 2014 RXV vs TXT

I am looking at buying either a 2014 RXV or 2014 TXT from a dealer that got a few in from the golf course. I have read many of the threads regarding the RXV being a superior cart. I really want the RXV but I want it to go a minimum of 25MPH. Currently, the one I'm looking at goes 19mph with stock tires. I have read that the RXV could be programed to 25 MPH by a guru named Bob. I live in Nevada so since I'm not close to where Bob lives what are my options to get the RXV programed to 25MPH without changing out the controller. Or should I get the TXT and upgrade the controller?

Go with the RXV more bang for your buck.

That's what I thought I should do. Can I get more speed with larger wheels and tires with the RXV?

You can use up to 20.5" tires with a stock controller which would give you a little more speed.

I feel the fit and finish of the RXV is nicer than the TXT along with the ride. Suggest your drive both and make your decision.
