Default Looking for pictures of the power board in a 1206xx controllers.

Attached is the only picture I have of a Curtis 1206 (series drive) controller's power board and I have none for the 1206SX (DCS) or 1206MX (PDS).

The image is only 508 X 381 pixels and out of focus, so about the only useful information that can be derived from it is there are 14 filter capacitors and it has an A2 terminal.

If anyone has better pictures of the power boards in 1206, or 1206SX or 1206MX controllers, I would love to add them to my collection.

Took these pics of one that I 'voided the warranty' on for you Let me know if I can disassemble further to take more pics. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the Curtis 1206MX ( PDS) sacrifice.

I'm curious about how many of the 1000µF capacitors there are on the power board, but it doesn't look like you can get the same shot as the small, poorly focused one of the series controller I attached to Post#1, not with all those TO-220 cases bolted to the heat sink.

Your pictures have been added to my stash.

I'm still looking for Series and DCS.

So whenever a bad one gets replaced is soon enough. I'm basically trying to get a better grasp on what makes them tick in a generic sense.

I wasn't aware the 1206MX had a large internal heat sink. I thought the MOSFETs were mounted on the M- buss like they are in the series (1206) controller.
