Ok, Ok. I admit it. I used screws too! :)
Not sure about the rivets being the "same" but they are the plastic push pin automotive type rivets. |

Ace Hardware has plastic push rivets... they work pretty good

I have seen many using just screws, but keep in mind, that doesn't keep your keyswitch wires very secure (easiest hotwire theft job ever). Obviously, anything a thief wants, they can get, but don't make it too easy......
