Default 06 regen doesn’t seem to work

Ok got great deal on this 06 precedent. It is stock. Not sure how the regen is supposed to work but it doesn’t seem right. Should it slow down every time you let off throttle. I mean like you are putting on the brakes. It does this sometimes and sometimes not. Is that when it charged or when you put on the brakes?

06 precedent. 4 12v battery bank

That is actually how it will feel, it is from the throttle and speed. If it is set lightly from the factory you will not feel it like with am Alltrax controller where you can turn it way up...

I once played a mountain golf course and their rented Precedents (OEM Controllers of course) were programmed for very aggressive Regen braking. Small wonder, only a mountain goat could have gone down some of those steep paths without losing control. In any case, that sounds like how your cart may be programmed. A Club Car dealer can read/adjust those settings if that's the issue.
