2007 precedent battery light?
I have a 2007 club car precedent that has new batteries as of 6 months ago. The battery light never came on and the cart seemed to have more power going up hills then it does now. Only thing I can think of that may be the issue is that I installed an led light kit, just front light and tail lights, no blinkers or brake lights? The battery light only comes on Sometimes when I hit the brakes and when I lock the brakes in? Thanks in advance

Hook your DVM/VOM up to the pack and lay it on the seat. See what the pack voltage is when you are heading up the hill and feel the discrepancy....

How do you hook it up to read the pack as a whole?

The batteries are connected in series. Connect the positive lead on the DVM to the positive lead on the 1st battery in the pack. Hook the black lead on the DVM to the negative lead on the last battery.

Re: 2007 precedent battery light?
Ok I think I may have found the problem. After a full charge, the pack voltage for all 4 is 49.5. I went ahead and checked each battery individually and 3 of them are 12.9 and 1 is 10.6 (I’m assuming that’s my problem.). I went ahead and put the meter on it while driving and while just kinda cruising with the pedal about halfway down the voltage is around 45. If I put it to the floor or go up a hill,’voltage drops to around 40. When I stop and set the parking brake it sets around 47.5. Thanks in advance

Re: 2007 precedent battery light?
Is there any reason that 1 battery would only be getting to 10.6 volts on full charge besides the battery being bad? Their from March 2019 and have always been maintained properly?

Be sure you red wire from charge port goes to number one positive battery post. The same post that has a cable going to the solenoid.
