2004 precedent no go
Oh boy here we go again, “trying” to help a friend. 2004 CC precedent PQ0440-445176
Friend: Hey my cart has been acting up for about a week. Try to go and it just makes a clicking noise then goes and now nothing no go at all. Pack voltage 51+, tow switch is on, key on, back up beeps, no click. I pulled the small wires off the solenoid no click and got 30.xx volts pushed the pedal down no change in voltage. Plugged the small wires back onto the solenoid no click. I don’t see a pre-charge resistor between the big posts. Put my negative probe on the pack negative, positive probe on big solenoid post 50 .XX volts check the other post same voltage. Pull small wires off and get same readings on large posts. So I’m thinking bad solenoid, but whats with the 30 volts on the small wires go peddle up or down? MOCR bad too? 30 volts not pack volts on smalll wires? Ok I’m dog paddling back to the shallow end of the pool. |

Re: 2004 precedent no go
Disregard, due to family pet medical issue I'm unable to follow up on this problem. Handed off to someone else.
