![]() I need help in checking the mcor unit on my 2006 DS cart. The mcor has green & blue leads to one plug, and purple, white, & yellow leads to the other plug. This cart suddenly died. The batteries are fine, & the solenoid works OK, so I'm thinking that either the mcor unit is bad, or the speed controller died.

![]() It's an IQ cart. The schematic posted in this forum appears to indicate that the two wire plug runs to a switch in the mcor unit, & the three wire plug runs to a pot to determine throttle position. I get no change in ohmmeter reading across the two wire connection regardless of throttle position.

![]() Solenoid is OK - Clicks when pedal is depressed, & reads correct voltage to the speed controller.

![]() the top wires to the MCOR are activating the solenoid.. So "most likely" your MCOR is good.
speed controller is highly likely, motor is a possibility. Have you verified that the wires going into the MCOR are firmly in place, as well as the wiring harness into the controller? |
