![]() My cart is a '97 Ez-go tXT series 36v. I replaced the shaft in the f&r switch and noticed the cable to the top post was loose. While tighening it up in a hurry (I had already connected the battery back up and did create a few sparks when tightening)
![]() Once I put it all back together, it went in reverse for awhile (no forward) and now won't go at all. I went through the diagnostics and thought maybe the ITS was bad based on the test and still no go. I am afraid it is the controller!! It is an Alltrax has the green LED. No LED at key power up, when the throttle is depressed it blinks to signal ITS throttle type and lights green then goes to red. Once the throttle pedal it released the LED goes completely off. ![]() ![]() Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I thought I was doing pretty good with going through the diagnostics but know I am just stumped!!! Thanks in advance. |

![]() Only when the pedal is at the floor. It stays solid green as the pedal is depressed and changes to red at the floor.

![]() A buddy was thinking the same thing I was...when you tightened the stud on the FnR you may have pulled that contact to far in the get the amount of juice you need to get the cart to move...
