iam putting a 18 horse duramax in a yamaha replacing a g2 need info on mouting front motormount

I've done two of them trying to finish the second one right now. I used two bars of steel like 2x3/8" around 11" long and a tube across the front to hang it lower and level the engine. I made a short angle to make the rear wider to fit the bars. Pics are in my posts. I think the first one is here in yamaha. I used the stock gen on its mount, used both front and rear stock mounts. Got them level and welded the bars in on an angle (made by the tube on the front). That was the easy part lol.
