Default 1999 Club Car clone swap - Jack Shaft Help

Help please with specifics on a Jack Shaft kit that will help convert a Clockwise rotating 1999 club car rear end for use with a counter clockwise rotating clone motor.

Looking for models and sellers. I have seen others have done it. No details given. Wanting to have more details on specifics. Where can I buy it? What model numbers? Gears used? Price?

Hopeful to make this work. Any help will be most appreciated. Looking for top speed. High speed gears to get back to normal speed not interesting. 40 mph goal. Seems like reverse gear ratio would not be able to achieve the speed without issues.

Clone motor will be set up for the higher revs.

Any help or suggestions would be most welcome.

Alternate options will be considered.

Other Option. Sell the club car and buy a yamaha with a bad engine.Your life will be so much easier.

As far as I know you have to build it yourself. Nobody makes a kit or anything. There are some interesting threads on here about it. Would probably run a few hundred just for the jack shaft stuff. Pretty much not worth it in my book. I ended up dropping the need for power in my buggy and getting something else. Hopefully my basket case polaris ranger start coming together soon.

Now you can get 5k rpm and 16hp out of an FE350 with a few mods but that wont get you to 40mph.

I understand the preferences; Yamaha, Club Car pre 1997, etc.

I came into this cart by chance at next to nothing and was hoping to make a fun ride around our golf cart community in the Bahamas. Other than engine the cart is in great shape. Would like to compete with a few others that have fast carts.

Jack shaft, high speed gears, high rev motor, larger tires, better brakes was the plan.

Just need to sort out the jack shaft end of the plan.

Didn't some one do a jack shaft setup in their club car on here?
I think it was a carryall as they have more room.
I'd like to do this to my 99 also

Is there a bigger better chain to use?
Or do they make sprockets with a bigger chain?

Yup. Just found #50 size sprockets by same company on Amazon in various sizes.

18 tooth to 10 tooth theoretically produces 36 mph at 4,000 with normal size tires. Similar to 1:6 high speed gears.

I think I would get a few sizes to try and test. 18, 16, 12 and 10
