Exclamation problems with 2003 ezgo

Was fully charged when i loaded it on the trailer to go to golf tournament.

Started to back it off trailer

the bottom of cart bottomed out on the ramps

the cart spun the wheels and then shut down

nothing works

the reverse horns stays on even in neutral and forward

the only way to make it go off is to disconnect the negative terminal

machine has never given any problems in the past

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you looked for damages that may have been caused by it bottoming out on the ramps? Seems this is when the problem started.

Wires, batteries and cables. If all the trouble started after the cart bottomed out "something" has gotten damaged.

Typically speaking the reverse buzzer constantly alarming is "error" message.

Check to make sure your motor wires weren't damaged. Physically pull on each one (gently).

Aside from that there may be a diode/resistor board attached to the solenoid, that (I think) can cause that problem.
