89 ezgo spark trouble
hello everybody newbie here i was hoping someone could answer my question. the cart won't start so i took the plug wire off and held it close to the plug and it fires up and tries to run. then i put it back on and it will not do anything!

try cleaning plug it may be fouled out , or try to crank it hold the pedal to the floor sometimes that works for me it may take a minute or two to crank

Go ahead and bit the bullet and splurge for a new plug. What's $5.00!
When you hold the plug boot off of the spark plug that causes the coil to produce a higher voltage to bridge the gap of a old or fouled plug. It should never take a minute or two to start anything............ |
