Default Tomberlin DC Changerover Contactor

Looking at my maint man it shows a black box next to the DC TO DC converter. On my 2010 the part is missing, have they stopped installing it for some reason??? Or could this be a possible situation where the dealer used my cart as a spares kit and forgot to replace it. The cart ran fine for two years but now 48v shuts down intermittenly... Does anyboby have this part in thier 2010??

Thanx All
