The encoder fault is probably the only one in that list that would require you to power cycle to clear. There's a bunch in there, probably history has never been cleared, so impossible to say which one occurred when.

But clear the history, then try to get it to happen, then see what new faults are reported.

Here's the latest: I cleared the fault history, took the cart out, with the pc hooked up, and drove for miles and miles and the only issue I ran into was if I eased off the throttle a little and then immediately went full throttle, it was start 'jerking'. When I returned, there were no errors. I even tried it in both Rabbit and Turtle modes :) Now, the only difference is, the weather today was 70 degrees, when it is normally 85 or 90. Maybe a heat problem? I'll try again when the temp gets back to normal. Thx!

Heat definitely could be a factor.
Also could be the cart is on best behavior when you got 'eyes' on it lol.

The temp was between 75 and 80 today and it happened twice in a row. Unfortunately, I didn't have my laptop with me so I didn't get a chance to capture before clearing the fault with a key Off/On. Attached is a screenshot of the errors. Thanks again!

There you go, Encoder Fault!
(The cutback one is just because battery voltage was low at some point)

The encoder (speed sensor) is easy to replace on the RXV, 1 bolt and a connector. Make sure to push the new one all the way in before tightening.

Just a quick question. Do you think that the error is caused by the changes I made to the Speed-to-RPM and Drive Limiting Maps? Is there a 'better' way to increase the speed of my cart? Again, thanks for all the help!

No.

You could try removing the encoder and cleaning it off and putting it back in, but replacing it is the better option.

Ok. I'll probably just go ahead and replace it then. Thanks again for helping me get this resolved; much appreciated!!
