Re: Starting Over - New Dog, Old Tricks
Added new reducer - first I threw on was only 10 amps, had no idea what that meant but certainly do now. The low amp reducer was causing static and buzzing on my sound bar. Replaced it with a heavy duty 30 amp reducer.
Put on a new sub as well - went with a Jensen JMPSW800 8" Sub Woofer 200 Watt Marine Powered - mounted in same location - this thing has MUCH better sound then the Pyle Hydra (I've been through 4 subs already) |

Re: Starting Over - New Dog, Old Tricks
Added a few dash toys. Replaced OEM key with this 3 position key someone here recommended to me. Got the USB port installed to dash as well as DVM. I had an idea to mock a whole new dash but actually ended up like the compartment space this one has - couldn't fit all into small space on this dash and ended up mounting the DVM on cup holder - came out pretty sweet in that location. Pics are tough to capture the DVM, but you get the idea

Re: Starting Over - New Dog, Old Tricks
I made a mock-up using paper and glue-stick. Measuring exact distances with things of diferent shapes and sizes didn't look as good as eyeballing some of the items.

Re: Starting Over - New Dog, Old Tricks
Nice !!- I did that on the old medalist using ABS and marine siliconed into place. Had the piece cut for for this cart but opted against for convenience on the course , that ‘glove box’ is nice and deep and easy access.

Re: Starting Over - New Dog, Old Tricks
O man o man - without a doubt my favorite upgrade to date. Installed an over-mount drop down media center with dome lighting
Wired into reducer - fuse block is now FULL Runs off iPad which will remain in the unit full time - wired for constant charge - with Xfinity app have live TV on the cart! Very cool indeed - this thing is going to be great on the course and just hanging around the hood |

Re: Starting Over - New Dog, Old Tricks
Looking good But you got rid of the cubby hole I know it would have cost $ but the old style dash would rivet back on there.
