EZGO RVX 2013 / What is this 4-pin connector from the controller used for?

Curious what this four pin connector coming out for the curtis controller is for? It has red/yellow/purple/green wires.

Hoping I can pull some performance or other diagnostic data from the controller?

It's the E-Z-GO programming/diagnostic port. You use that to interface to the controller.

I need to replace this connector on several 2013 RXV carts. Not having much luck with internet search of the part # (PA66-GF25) which is stamped on the connector. Is there another number that I can try? Thanks

E-Z-GO has switched to a 4 pin Mini-Fit Jr female molex type of connector. You can buy them and the pins at very low cost from electronics/electrical parts suppliers. It's a better choice than the older style round Tyco connector.

Yeah I've only seen two of the square variety, since 2016+ versions just started creeping in. While I used to be frustrated most of our customers (~90%) still tend to use resistor-based and/or two-cycle cars, I've personally seen the future, as in Lithium as well as Subaru EX40s and it certainly ain't bright. I kinda feel like Goober in the last part of Mayberry RFD with a shop destined to be outdated in a couple decades.
