Delaminated brake shoes, most likely worn to low or overheated from dragging brakes or installed wrong.

Re: A cold beer Marathon with loads of WTF
Woot woot 1st part showed up. Old vs new rack.
Actually I got my battery replacement trays and hold down 1st. Not going to do much until brakes, and brake cables show up. What does it cost these days to have the cart drums turned? |

Re: A cold beer Marathon with loads of WTF
He didn't ask you anything, other than the lift. Then you offered the rest, with many, many unrelated pictures...
This thread is about HIS cart, not yours. |

YOU don't have to read this thread. And YOU don't have to let it upset YOU. 🙁 I'll let you tell him he can't use that lift kit, because that's the one I bought. That makes it just for MY cart and not HIS cart. What happen to the have a beer? |

Re: A cold beer Marathon with loads of WTF
After a brief (long) hiatus, i have returned to present a small update regarding the cart. It's still alive, surprisingly.
The LED lights got pretty well trashed in short order. That kind of thing tends to happen when you go off-roading and run over all manner of sticks and things. I'll revisit the idea whenever I get the lift done. I did eventually lay down some paint-ish stuff. It's the peel off paint from NAPA. I went with Sublime. It's a lime green Mopar color. I'm not a Mopar guy but I think it looks good and if I want to change it, I'm only out something like $12. I'll probably be ordering the lift kit in the next day or so. I'd really like to see some pictures of how this eBay lift looks when installed. Or even the "economy" lift from GCKing. I can see all the pictures I want of the parts. I can't seem to find a single one of the parts installed. I'll keep looking. Carry on, gentlemen. |
