The color I referred to was what was on the diagram that was listed. And, might be red with a blue stripe. Either way it should have pack voltage.

Right, understood. I was just pointing out that on my cart pin 9 has a red wire. In case my year may be different. Thanks

This is a straight forward swap. Both switches have 3 pins, both switches have 3 wires. The wires are 3 different colors. Go to the dash and photograph the wires plugged into the switch then cut the ends off all 3 wires and pull them back to the battery bay. Now cut the wires to length and connect the same as they were in the dash.

Thanks, yeah I tried pulling stock switch out but couldn't get it to come out, thought it was gonna break. Release tabs on the top?? Sides??

Did you ever get the switch out? I think I have read that you need to remove the plate where the switch is located in the dash.
