EZGO Industrial 48volt
EZGO Industrial. 48 volt. Curtis SepEx 1264-5404. The serial and model number are in an area where people place there left foot. Nothing readable remains.
I have this cart and the problem I am having is that it is slow in forward. When I disconnect the battery pack, reset the controller, it moves forward like normal for a short time then seems to go into limp mode. The controller is flashing a code 4,5. I do not have a manual for this cart or controller. I did find manuals, online, for the Curtis 1268 and code 4,5 is Aux Relay Welded. Anyone know if the 1264 and 1268 share the same code description? If so, what is the Aux Relay? If not, what is code 4.5? Thank you. |

Re: EZGO Industrial 48volt
My ezgo with the sepex controller had a chart under the bed of codes. Might look elsewhere to see if this chart is present somewhere

Re: EZGO Industrial 48volt
This cart has had a hard life. There's no serial numbers, at least that I can find, and no code sheet any where. Thanks for the suggestion.
