ok. so i may have found the problem. I have B+ voltage on the REED wire from charge port as long as tow switch is on. If i flip it or unplug the tow switch harness all together, i lose voltage on red/white wire anywhere all the way back to charge receptical. However, the red/orange wire always has B+ on it.. The way i see it from schematic you sent, is that the red/white should always have B+ and when the tow switch is flipped, the red/org should lose power. its opposite... wonder whats up?

Bypass the reed switch. See attached image.

Suspect reed switch is open and you are reading a phantom voltage (easy to do with a DVM)
