2012 Bad Boy Buggy doesn't click
I have a 2012 Bad Boy Buggy 36V (4x4) cart that I am working on. Prior to me the seller put brand new batteries in it and now it doesn't click when turning it on. Everything else lights up on it. The control board flashes green 4 times on both boards.
When testing a battery with a volt meter, there is a spark. When I go to test the whole pack, I will get a much bigger spark and the wires will get hot to my tester. I normally don't have that issue at all when testing any battery or battery pack. First was thinking it was one of the solenoids, but now I am thinking something is hooked up wrong (even though the batteries are all connected in series). |
