Default EZGO 48v charging port, triangle shaped one

Okay, I've kind of hit a wall with this one. Here's the story. His charger wouldn't work unless you jiggled it, like something was loose. I replaced the charging port and it worked. Problem solved right? No. When we unplugged it and plugged it back in, it wouldn't work. After an hour of trying different things I found that if you unplug the clip on this blue wire and plug it back in(and I don't know what it is, there's no fuse in there I think?) it would allow the charger to turn on once. Not twice. We did it over and over. The charger works as it should but just one time until we unplugged that blue wire with the clip and plugged it back. Any idea what that could be? Look like the blue wire jumps into a bigger wiring harness that appears to go into the controller somewhere.

Anybody have any idea what's causing this? As for the other three wires (pos, neg, ground) I have run the positive to main pos, neg to main neg and ground to main pos. Am I missing something?

Well, the blue wire is supposed to disable the controller (prevent driving while plugged in), not the other way around. If you have a QE charger, try a different charger, those QE are known to be garbage.

His QE stopped working so he bought the Form Charge 48v 15 amp charger.

Uh oh, yes. The grey wire with that built in fuse thingy is going to main positive. Is that wrong? In that picture above, it's the one in the center.

Grey is a temp sensor so doesn't matter.. Try another charger and try his charger on another cart
