Talked with alltrax yesterday and today everything looked right when they viewed the snapshot. Was instructed to disconnect the wires and look for dirt or anything blocking the connection. I looked below the heat shrink and noticed one wire was not connected to the connector. Stripped back a bit of the insulation and inserted it in and everything was working. Emailed them a photo and they said they would get a new cable out. Awesome customer service
