It may not be the correct field map in the controller (cannot be changed in stock controller, can be changed in Alltrax controller). Would it run, yes it would. Would it live a long happy life, that's unknown.

Pack voltage after 12 hrs is 38.2. Won’t take off on a hill, will run up a hill when moving just fine. I’m thinking new brushes and cleaned up motor will do wonders? Would I be better off just to change brushes and clean this motor?

That doesnt apply at all to the original question asked. No, it wont do the wonders you seek. Sounds like you didnt need a different motor.

Update, changed brushes and cleaned up dcs motor and cart does everything I want it to now. I also bought the PDS motor, just to have, and stuck it on while I was changing brushes. PDS motor ran the cart like I wanted it to also. Thanks for info
