Ez-go rxv solenoid
Hi,
I’m installing a voltage reducer and need to find the switched terminal on an ezgo rxv. Does anyone know of videos or manuals that describe the process of identifying where the solenoid is? Thanks! |

Re: Ez-go rxv solenoid
You understood my question. Is it ok to remove cover with the connections below them?

Re: Ez-go rxv solenoid
Only connect to the large solenoid terminals, never the small ones (unless you have a pile of extra motor controllers).

Re: Ez-go rxv solenoid
So I found the solenoid. How do I identifythe switched terminal (and by extension ground) on the solenoid? Thanks!

Re: Ez-go rxv solenoid
You will be getting your "ground " from the battery pack B-, not the solenoid. Your B+ will come from the large terminal that goes from solenoid to controller, not from solenoid to batteries. Post a pic of your solenoid.
