Default Alltrax Monitor File Observations

Hello,

Does anyone see any issues with the alltrax monitoring file attached? I realize you'll have to zoom the website required PDF and not .csv. Have had some off and on pre-charge errors. The run attached did not pop up a pre-charge error but wanted to make sure nothing else looks out of the ordinary that could be causing the whole thing. (ignore voltage as we were driving it alot before testing)

Thanks!

Post a pic of the solenoid & the controller (make sure all the cables are pretty visible). There is something specific I'm looking for, I've seen this before.

Attached is the best 4 pics I have right now. Let me know if you can’t see what you are looking for and I can take a specific picture!

The precharge error is triggered when the voltage on the controllers B+ terminal is more than 5V from the voltage on the KSI terminal (Red Jack).

Connect your DVM's negative test lead (black) to the controller's B- terminal and measure voltage on controller's B+ terminal and then the controllers KSI terminal. The should be very close to the battery pack's voltage at the time and within 5V of each other. (Has to be measured with direction selected of F/R and pedal pushed far enough to make solenoid click)

The KSI (Key Switch Interlock) voltage passes through 4 sets of switch contacts, 10 or so connections and six or more lengths of wire , plus it may also pas through the the infamous inline connection in the gray cable from the pedal box to the carts wiring harness.

Attached is schematic with KSI voltage path highlighted.
