Default 36 volt E-Z-Go txt pfs Solenoid not Clicking

So our 2005 E-Z-Go was running great, and now not at all. We've replaced the solenoid, the FR switch and the starter switch. I have the pedal micro switch in front of me now. Here's the deal, all the wires check pass the continuity testing, the new solenoid tests out, but it still won't even click. Trying to determine if we are dealing with a bad controller. Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Pack voltage at solenoid and main terminals of controller. What next?

Have you tried jumping the solenoid to make it click? If you do that and it clicks I bet it's the microswitch. Test that after. Controller gets its juice from the solenoid after it clicks. A bad controller won't affect it.

PDS. We've got a bit of electrical experience, but never tried to jump the solenoid. Thanks, we'll try it. A lot better than buying another controller.

Yellow + and blue - wires on the Solenoid are the activation circuit. Do you have pack voltage there? If so bad solenoid, if you have pack voltage between yellow and pack negative then the controller is not engaging the solenoid. Try running a jumper from the small blue wire to pack negative and see if the cart runs. If so bad controller. Wiring diagram attached

Just put a wire on the positive pack and the other end on the small post on the solenoid and see if it clicks on.

Check the red and white wire coming out of the back of the charge port. Make sure you have pack volts on that red wire. == Reed switch

Replaced the pedal micro switch, ran all the tests about with the exception of jumping the solenoid. Everything checked out. Is there a way to check the ITS?

Tried jumping the solenoid, and nothing, but all the solenoid tests proved out. I know a brand knew one could still be bad, but honestly our heads are spinning on this one. Starting to think it’s something obvious that we are missing.

Define jumping the solenoid. Activation or main lugs?
