07 BBB CLassic Suspension ?s
If this is the wrong forum, please let me know.
A non-computer friendly buddy just bought a used 2007 Bad Boy Buggy Classic. Previous owner just had the front left hub replaced. The front right hub is a bit wobbly- as in with wheels straight, you can push the top of the right front wheel and feel it slant in and out about 10 degrees each way. Also definitely needs new front shocks. So, we are looking to replace the front shocks, front tie rod ends (maybe whole rods), and the right hub, if the tie rods won't fix the camber issue. Looking for pointers and part numbers or vendors. A schematic would be freaking helpful too. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. We are both well versed in working on ATVs and I have some experience with golf carts, but this thing's front end is a different animal. |

Hell, anybody got a copy of the owner's manual? EZGO doesn't even have one. It is part #616979.

Re: 07 BBB CLassic Suspension ?s
Did you attempt doing a search on this forum for "BBB" or "Bad Boy Buggie" I know there are a lot of post on here about them, as they seem to have a pile of problems, yet there doesn't seem to be a lot of solutions to them as information about them (as your finding out) is difficult to come by.
It seems to me the BBB is it's own "animal." The BBB doesn't follow the conventional rules of the EZ-GO electric cart format, so they are tough for the "knowledge guys" (of which I am not one) to give advice on. At least, that's my experience from reading "stuff" on cart forums for about 6 years now. I know that's not great info, but there is some "out there", it's just tough to come across. Keep looking.
